The National Student Show & Conference (NSSC) is a professionally judged creative competition and three-day conference built for students and their educators. This year’s theme was “Stand Out for Yourself” that prompted the students to show off their work that represents who they are and makes them stand out.
As NSSC social media coordinator, I wanted to get the students involved in the months leading up to the conference. I created social media contest flyers that were sent out to students along with this year’s NSSC poster. Simply designed with a light key-line “Stand Out for Yourself” and directions for posting on Instagram, these flyers let the student do whatever they wanted and let their work stand out for themselves. The results engaged students across the country and let them have some fun.
